Jackie Robinson debuted for the Brooklyn Dodgers on April 15, 1947, breaking MLB’s modern color barrier, and this AJ4 is reported as the 80th anniversary tribute. Its wings and midsole are said to carry cement-print touches, much like the White Cement you will find among our Jordan 4 reps.
Early reports describe a Sail base with Brooklyn Dodgers-inspired blue and red: blue on the eyelets, the lower midsole and some branding, red on the Jumpman, Robinson’s retired number 42 on the heel and his name behind the tongue.
